My name is Connor Matthew, I am 18 years old and a recent graduate of the Class of 2023 at Seeley-Swan High School. I have spent my whole life building. My family owns a construction business that I have been around and working for my whole life.

 

I have never seen my future including more formal schooling beyond high school. I grew up spending time working with my dad and family in construction in our small valley, which grew into building wood products for people. Becoming a builder is how people know me, “Connor, can you build me this? Connor, can you build me that?” It eventually translated into my own business, and my wish is to continue this in the same small valley where it all started.
